Conventional plastic wrapping for packaging is a polyolefin, PVC, polyethylene, PET, and polypropylene.
Our company mainly produces polyolefin film, polyethylene film, and BOPP film.
At the same time, we also have close cooperation with many other film manufacturers and can provide customers with one-stop purchasing services.
Polyolefin film: environmentally friendly, non-toxic, in line with FDA and USDA standards, and can be used to package food. With high clear and good gloss, it can clearly show the product’s appearance. With high shrinkage and good flexibility, POF film can be used for packaging any shape of goods. It has good cold resistance and can maintain flexibility at -50°C without embrittlement. Suitable for all kinds of automatic shrink packaging machines.
PVC film: PVC shrink film contains Chloride that emits a strong odor when heated and cooled. It is not environmentally friendly, so the market has gradually eliminated it.
Polyethylene film: It is used for heavy packaging items (beverages, floors, building materials, etc.). Polyethylene is a compound formed by the polymerization of many ethylene monomers. It is non-toxic and odorless. It has lower clarity than other wraps. PE film can also have graphic images printed on them.
PET film: non-toxic, high shrinkage rate. Good clear, high gloss, and good heat-sealability. The current usage rate in the market is also relatively high.
Polypropylene film: the most widely used is BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), which is the most commonly used in cigarette box packaging. It is mainly matched with an overwrapping machine.
